Specializing in software development and system integration, she brings an innovative approach to sustainable agronomy.

Crystal’s expertise shines in her pioneering use of technology for early plant stress detection, employing drone sensing, IoT, and sensors to advance water management practices. Her dedication to environmental stewardship is evident in her commitment to advancing irrigation audits, a strong forte that has significantly improved efficiency and reduced the environmental footprint of golf course management.

James Sua's distinguished career in golf course management spans over three decades, marked by his status as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) for 25 years and his long-standing membership in the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. His expertise shines through his roles at the National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC), where he excelled from Golf Course Superintendent to the Director of Golf. His leadership in these positions involved overseeing high-traffic golf facilities, managing extensive course maintenance, and leading significant redevelopment projects, including the rapid rebuild of a 9-hole course.

Sua's impact extends beyond operational management into education and consultancy. He has shared his knowledge through teaching positions in Singapore and contributed internationally through JDI Consulting, offering his expertise in turf management across Asia. Currently, as AGM/Director of Agronomy at Kuo Hua Golf & Country Club and a consultant for the Taiwan Golf Course Association, Sua continues to leave his mark on the industry, enhancing golf course quality and operations globally. His career exemplifies a comprehensive blend of practical experience, strategic development, and educational leadership in golf course management and agronomy.
